    From the moment I met John, he exuded confidence, knowledge, and friendliness. After he left, my daughter and I discussed hiring him immediately, but I thought it was irresponsible. Warrenty

We are proud to offer an industry-leading lifetime warranty on workmanship for all of our deck projects. Additionally, our Pro Contractor status with the majority of decking brands enables us to provide an extra 7-year labor warranty on all composite decks, in conjunction with the exceptional 25-year to 50-year product warranty.

Deposits / Payments

We do not require a deposit to book a project. Upon commencing the job with our materials and team on site, we request a payment of 25%. The final payment is due upon completion of the job.

Deck installations typically require a city permit, and some may need additional permits based on factors like size or accessories. We will handle the permitting process for you and ensure compliance with local building codes.
